First, your customer fills out an application on their phone, or on any other device. They enter the address of the property in question, its purpose and the proposed loan amount.

If they're not eligible to apply, the system doesn't make them enter any more information. It immediately refers them to a mortgage specialist.

If they are eligible, they move on to the next steps.

They enter their personal details, employment history and financial details, and upload any required supporting documents.

They can save their application at any point, and come back to it later — even on another device.

The system then verifies their income and expenses, runs a serviceability calculation, requests a credit report,

Finally, it assesses the customer's application against your credit policy, and sends a personalised initial approval SMS and letter.

Once done, it pushes the digitally approved application to your core lending platform to complete loan approval and settlement.
