Privacy Policy.

Last updated 6 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Divine Write Copywriting Pty Ltd (ABN 30 115 663 413), trading as Glenn Murray ("I", "me", "my") handles personal information collected through this website, divinewrite.com.au, and in the course of my writing practice.

I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). I treat the provision of your personal information as an act of trust.

What is personal information?

Personal information is any information about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable.

What I collect, and why

I collect personal information only in the situations below.

When you visit this website

This is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages, with DNS and content delivery provided by Cloudflare. As part of delivering and protecting the site, Cloudflare automatically processes standard technical information, which may include your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. This is used to serve the site and guard against abuse. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy.

I do not run any website analytics or tracking. This site sets no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, and does not profile your visit. The only data processed when you browse is the standard technical request data handled by Cloudflare described above.

When you contact me

If you email me — including via the contact link on this website, which opens your own email program — I may collect:

  • your name and (if relevant) business name
  • your email address, and any phone number you provide
  • your enquiry and any information, files or briefs you send
  • any deadline, budget or project details you share
  • quotes I provide and our subsequent correspondence

I collect this so I can respond to you, prepare quotes, and deliver any work you engage me for. The contact link on this site is a plain email link — there is no web form, and nothing is submitted to or stored by a third-party form service. Your email and any attachments are stored in my Google Workspace account (Gmail and Google Drive).

How to access, correct or delete your information

To ask what personal information I hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email me at glenn@divinewrite.com.au. I will respond within a reasonable time.

What I can delete

On request, I can delete enquiry and correspondence records that I am not required to keep.

What I may need to retain

I keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and to meet my legal obligations — for example, records I am required to keep under Australian taxation law (generally five years). After that, I delete or de-identify it. Where a quote, brief or correspondence forms part of a record I must retain for tax, legal or evidentiary reasons, I may keep that record for the required period before deleting it.

How I store and protect your information

I use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Information I hold is stored in reputable cloud services (including Google Workspace and Cloudflare) protected by access controls and the providers' own security measures. As a solo practitioner, I am the only person with access to this information. No system can guarantee complete security, and I cannot warrant absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

Disclosure overseas

Some of the providers I use (for example Google and Cloudflare) may store or process data on servers outside Australia. By providing your information you acknowledge it may be handled by these providers under their own privacy terms.

Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version always applies, so please check back periodically.
